The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee applies to your first-time purchase of any Onnit supplement. There's no price limit — if it's your first time buying a product, you're covered.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Eligibility is per product, not per size or count. For example, if you purchase Alpha Brain 90ct for the first time, that order is covered. If you later purchase Alpha Brain 30ct, that second purchase would not be eligible.
- Limit one refund per product, per customer.
- Must be purchased directly through Onnit.com. Orders from third-party sellers (such as Amazon) are not eligible.
How It Works
- Head to our Contact Us page within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Send us a message with your order ID and the reason for your refund request.
- If your request meets the requirements above, we'll process your refund — keep the product, no return necessary.

- Refunds cover the product cost only. Shipping charges are not refunded.
